One of the most famous dish of Korean culinary: SamGyeTang.
It's eaten on the hottest days of Summer (sambok) since the old days.
It is said to replenish strength given by the delicious and nutritious organic ingredients (ie. Ginseng) put in the soup. The chicken are boiled to perfection where it just melts in your mouth.
When served, the soup should was still boiling to seal in the flavour and probably to make the chicken as tender and moist as possible. :D
The Simmering Dish
It is usually served with a variety of side-dishes - typically a variety of kimchi and a cold, crisp and sweet ginger wine :)
Ginger Wine
And it costs 7,000 KRW - AUD$6.50 :D (it was a BanGyeTang - Half a Chicken)
