I have a treat for you all :D
Recently, I have had an awesome Korean stew that was Americanised during the time when American troops were occupying some of the cities in Korea. 
(I'm basing all of this explanation on someone who told me so) 
Nevertheless, it's an interesting dish filled to the brim with flavour. 



Happy Me with Spoon in Hand :D 

Budae Jjigae has a combination of all kinds of meat (ie. sausage and spam) stewed in a spicy red soup to give it a kick; 
dressed with spring and brown onions to add the savoury taste; 
and topped with a bit of cheese that melts 
~ Yumm, drool ~ 

Contrary to the dangerous red colour, it's not that spicy imo.
